WARRANTY POLICY

 

  • Your device comes with a 12 month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.
  •  

  • The warranty is not applicable on damages from accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes.
  •  

  • The warranty is considered to be void if the products imei/serial no has been removed or altered, jailbroken or repair attempt by any unauthorized service centers/individuals apart from Zanooz.com authorized service center.
  •  

  • Warranty obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself (such decision is at product seller’s discretion).
  •  

  • Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
  •  

  • In the event that the product cannot be repaired but is still under the warranty, a replacement will be issued or, if a replacement isn't available, a full refund will be initiated.

 

 

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

 

  • Registration: Register your claim by calling us at +971-56-41-33500, or by emailing us at care@zanooz.com . Please share the Web Order Number or the registered mobile number connected with the order along with claim details.  
  •  

  • Pick-Up: A door-step pick up will be arranged to bring the device to authorized Zanooz Service Center. Please ensure to backup your data before handing over your device.
  •  

  • Inspection & Repair: A certified Zanooz engineer will perform the inspection and call for repair or replacement.
  •  

  • Delivery: Upon repair, a door-step delivery will be initiated.
