RETURN POLICY

 

  • At Zanooz, your satisfaction is a guarantee. We offers 15 day easy return window for a product replacement/exchange/refund subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Defective Product (Software/Functional Issue)
    2. Wrong Product (Colour & Model)
    3. Dead Product (Product Not Working)
    4. Damaged Product (Physically Damaged)

     

  • Wrong and Damaged delivered product must be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with images of the product & product box.
  •  

  • In case of a dead product, before calling customer care kindly charge your mobile minimum 8 (eight) hours regularly.
  •  

  • All the goods must be received in completely unused condition accompanied with all the accessories.
  •  

  • A refund will be processed if a replacement is not available.
  •  

  • Complaints will be resolved within 15 working days.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

  • Registration: Initiate your return by calling us at +971-501844106, or by emailing us at care@zanooz.com . Please share the Web Order Number or the registered mobile number connected with the order along with reason for return.  
  •  

  • Pick-Up: A door-step pick up will be arranged to bring the device to authorized Zanooz Service Center.
  •  

  • Inspection & Repair: A certified Zanooz engineer will perform the inspection to verify the return claim and ensure the device is in its original condition along with original packaging and accessories.
  •  

  • Delivery / Refund: Once verified, a door step delivery of an alternative device or a refund will be initiated.
