New Condition device: These devices are never used, pristine condition unboxed phones in the original packaging with all the original accessories.

A+ Condition device: These devices are in pristine condition. They are fully tested devices in our own recycled packaging. They come with certified charger, cable, & one year warranty.

A Condition Devices: These devices are minimally used, fully tested and with minor marks at secondary locations. They come in our own recycled packaging with certified charger, cable, & one year warranty.

B Condition Devices: They are gently used, fully tested devices with visible marks. They come in our own recycled packaging with certified charger & cable.

C Condition Devices: These are averagely used, fully tested devices with visible marks and slight performance lag. They come in our own recycled packaging with certified charger & cable.

In UAE 5 to 10 Million devices are returned to sellers every year. Some of which are Box Opened. Thus, a large cache of products that are categorized as Box Opened is created.

Consumers tend to buy mobile devices every year but this does not mean that they scrap their old devices. These old devices have their own residual life and can be sold as Pre-owned.

The internet is our shop front! Like most online retailers, we’re based in a warehouse rather than a shop, so for safety reasons we can’t really allow viewings or collections. However, we’re really strict with our grading system and our dispatch is very quick.

Yes. All paperwork provided will have the IMEI number printed on it.

Yes, all are phones are unlocked products.

Your network provider should provide you with what you need upon request. We’d advise to arrange this before purchasing so your device can be up and running as soon as possible. You can get adaptors to allow a micro/nano SIM to work in a product that requires a standard sized SIM so that you don't have to stay without a phone for a long period of time.

Our products are shipped in zanooz sealed box, SIM pin (if applicable) and data cable (except products which use lightning cables).

Zanooz sells five types of devices:

Box Opened Devices are certified, tested and carry 12 months warranty covered by Zanooz.

Certified Used devices are also serviced, certified tested and carry 12 month Zanooz warranty.

Box Opened devices are delivered in their original manufacturer’s packaging without seal. Certified Used devices are delivered in specially designed packaging of Zanooz.

We don’t mean to boast but we have a lot of phones so we can’t go taking photos of each one, however, if you’re not happy with the condition you can use our 7-day no quibble free returns service.

Placing an order is easy. You can type the model you’re looking for in the search bar above or you can browse all of our stock using the filter on the left of the page.

You can view detailed information on the product you’re interested in by clicking the links in the product box; Grading Definitions, Product Information and Gallery. If the product is in stock, click on the grade you’d like and follow the instructions to create an account or log in and make the Payment or you can also use the guest payment mode option as well.

It's ok, we receive loads of stock on a daily basis. We don’t order to demand and we receive stock on an “as and when” basis which means it’s difficult to pin point exactly when we’ll receive a specific product but you can use the stock notification system.

Yes. If you’re looking out for a particular product, you can request to receive an email notification when the product you’re interested in becomes available. This doesn’t guarantee you’ll receive the product as we operate on a first-come-first-served basis and if you miss out, you’ll need to place a request again..

Typically, orders placed before 5pm on a working day are shipped the next day for guaranteed delivery the following working day before 6pm. Delivery times vary for large orders and busy periods. You can check the exact status of your order in 'My orders'.

Sit back and relax! Once your order is confirmed, we will share the order id and tracking details via E-mail/SMS. You can then TRACK ORDER by logging into your Zanooz Account’s MY ORDERS section.

Your order will be insured and delivery is very quick. Delivery methods may vary for larger orders.

Shipping and Delivery charges are particular to a product and have been mentioned on each product page. The charges will vary depending on your location.

If your order has been dispatched and you’ve received a tracking number you can find detailed information on the status of your delivery on the website. If your delivery has failed, you’ll need to place a contact and arrange redelivery or collection.

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request or get in touch with us.

If you want to return/replace a product on Zanooz, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a return/replacement request online. You can replace the product bought on Zanooz within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Login to your Zanooz Account and go to MY ORDERS section.
  3. Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order.
  4. Choose return/replacement option and fill in the required details.
  5. Once the return/replacement request is created, we will ensure that it is processed as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  • Create a cancellation request online.
  • Click on the Cancel link against your order in the MY ORDERS section in My Account.
  • Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details.
  • Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

* Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.

We take anywhere between 7-15 days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can either be made in the form of Zanooz Credit that can be used for your future purchase on Zanooz.com or can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.

Zanooz believes in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on Return/Replace option in your MY ORDERS page within the TrustPay period. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return/replace it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:

  1. On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton.
  2. If you are concerned, don't open the product yourself. Call the Zanooz customer care for further assistance.
